Aaron Anaya is a life-long native to North San Diego County with a passion for all it has to offer and has used that expertise to help his clients in real estate since 2010.
Aaron is the son of a long-time general contractor with an extensive personal experience in the construction industry. He uses that knowledge to the advantage of his clients before, during, and after working with his clients. His construction experience has come to be a valuable tool to his clients that has helped make informed decisions, saved lots of money, and protected them from headaches down the road. He has honed his skills in negotiations that have successfully benefited his clients while maintaining a positive working environment with all parties.
Using his upbringing in athletics and experience in construction, Aaron is no stranger to hard work, working with various personality types, using a high level of emotional intelligence, and making sure to keep integrity and character in focus while achieving positive results for his clients. He finds a way to get things done, not let problems linger, and keep a calm demeanor while doing it.
Currently residing in Valley Center with his wife (a native to Valley Center) and three kids, Aaron and his family built their home from the ground up in Valley Center, completing it in 2020.
