Lynn Judson has been in the real estate business since 1990, but she will tell you that she has been doing it all of her life. Judson’s parents were in real estate and she purchased her first home when she was 20 years old. Her first career was in banking, but during that time she bought and sold homes, land, and investment properties. It was natural to make real estate a career. Once in the business, success came quickly and Judson’s passion for real estate was apparent. Her clients appreciated the level of service they received and her knowledge and attention to detail. With a growing business and a long list of satisfied clients it became necessary for her to employ equally passionate real estate professionals and that was the beginning of Judson Real Estate.

Andy Judson has been a Realtor® since 2010 but he will tell you he has been in real estate all his life. The Judson family has been synonymous with Escondido since 1875, when John B Judson first settled in the San Pasqual Valley and began the historical Judson Dairy. Today, the dairy may be gone, but Andy carries on the strong connection to the Valley and the city of Escondido. Being a 3rd generation Real Estate Broker, and 6th generation resident of Escondido, Andy possesses a unique knowledge as well as unmatched expertise in local Real Estate. Judson Real Estate is the culmination of generations of community involvement and Real Estate business.

As a third-generation real estate agent licensed in both California and Arizona, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. With degrees in Management and Marketing from ASU under my belt, I have a solid foundation in both business and real estate. I'm passionate about helping people build generational wealth through real estate investments and finding great deals for my clients. Aaron Anaya is a life-long native to North San Diego County with a passion for all it has to offer and has used that expertise to help his clients in real estate since 2010.

Aaron is the son of a long-time general contractor with an extensive personal experience in the construction industry. He uses that knowledge to the advantage of his clients before, during, and after working with his clients. His construction experience has come to be a valuable tool to his clients that has helped make informed decisions, saved lots of money, and protected them from headaches down the road. He has honed his skills in negotiations that have successfully benefited his clients while maintaining a positive working environment with all parties.

Using his upbringing in athletics and experience in construction, Aaron is no stranger to hard work, working with various personality types, using a high level of emotional intelligence, and making sure to keep integrity and character in focus while achieving positive results for his clients. He finds a way to get things done, not let problems linger, and keep a calm demeanor while doing it.

Currently residing in Valley Center with his wife (a native to Valley Center) and three kids, Aaron and his family built their home from the ground up in Valley Center, completing it in 2020.

I have always been driven to be at the top of the game whether it was in Real Estate or as a professional athlete. During my time as a prefessional mountain bike rider I learned a tremendous amount about how to operate a business, how to represent both myself and the companies that supported me. I've taken the skills I learned as an athlete and applied them to representing people in Real Estate transactions. Although the two careers seem very different, in many aspects they are quite similar. I take tremendous satisfaction in helping people accomplish their desired goals. As a full-time Realtor with my Military Residential Specialist designation, I enjoy helping buyers and sellers achieve their dreams, whether it be their first home, a bigger home, a piece of land or an investment property, I am here to help you navigate any challenges and make your transaction go smoothly so you can enjoy the process without worry!

I know purchasing or selling a home is one of life's most important decisions, and having a realtor who cares is very crucial! Because of my own experience with an agent who sold one of my homes and because the transaction did not go well, I decided to become a real estate agent so I could provide my clients with excellent service and they would not have to go through what my family did.

I enjoy being a realtor and selling properties in Ramona and the surrounding San Diego area. I take pride in knowing that I am available for my clients before, during and after their transaction ends and the fact that my business is mostly referral based. I have been awarded "Top Producer" for Judson Real Estate and received the "Five Star Professional" award thanks to my clients who refer me to their friends and family members.

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with family, playing Pickleball with friends and hiking the local trails with my husband & two dogs, also doing some traveling when I can! I do love being a realtor and there is no better feeling than seeing my clients become Happy Home Buyers and Sellers!
