Lynn Judson has been in the real estate business since 1990, but she will tell you that she has been doing it all of her life. Judson’s parents were in real estate and she purchased her first home when she was 20 years old. Her first career was in banking, but during that time she bought and sold homes, land, and investment properties. It was natural to make real estate a career. Once in the business, success came quickly and Judson’s passion for real estate was apparent. Her clients appreciated the level of service they received and her knowledge and attention to detail. With a growing business and a long list of satisfied clients it became necessary for her to employ equally passionate real estate professionals and that was the beginning of Judson Real Estate.

Andy Judson has been a Realtor® since 2010 but he will tell you he has been in real estate all his life. The Judson family has been synonymous with Escondido since 1875, when John B Judson first settled in the San Pasqual Valley and began the historical Judson Dairy. Today, the dairy may be gone, but Andy carries on the strong connection to the Valley and the city of Escondido. Being a 3rd generation Real Estate Broker, and 6th generation resident of Escondido, Andy possesses a unique knowledge as well as unmatched expertise in local Real Estate. Judson Real Estate is the culmination of generations of community involvement and Real Estate business.

As a third-generation real estate agent licensed in both California and Arizona, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. With degrees in Management and Marketing from ASU under my belt, I have a solid foundation in both business and real estate.
